  1. Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
  2. Ensure all accruals and prepayments are accounted for.
  3. Responsible for fixed assets management.
  4. Lead month-end stock count and ensure accuracy of stock valuation.
  5. Assist in cost controlling activities by working closely with other departments to achieve the target set by management.
  6. Assist in setting up cost accounting structure and system.
  7. Proactively take part to coordinate and support automation of ERP system.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. To coordinate, manage, and oversee the overall Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programme to meet organization OSH objectives and ensure compliance with the requirements of national legislations, code of practices, guidelines and standards, i.e: Occupational Health and Safety Act 1994, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factories and Machinery Act 1967
  2. Liaise with external / other parties such as DOE, DOSH, BOMBA on matters pertaining to licensing and compliance with standard operation-related matters.
  3. Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
  4. Assist and coordinate internal and external audit assessment by Group Auditor, Insurance, Statutory bodies, etc.
  5. Coordinate with superiors and work closely with other department to promote safe and healthy working culture by conducting regular walk down and inspections, to identify any unsafe acts, high risk and hazardous work activities.
  6. To perform duties as required related to fire prevention, safety and health and security in the company.
  7. Conduct periodic training sessions for all level workers on SHE procedure.
  8. Review security-related documents such as incident reports, proposals and tactical or strategic initiatives.
  9. Manage, coordinate and audit the plant fire equipment as per routine schedule.
  10. Assist in any emergency cases in the plant.
